That’s why we chose a model that allows us to slow down, remove unnecessary barriers, and meet patients where they are - whether that’s through telehealth or in the comfort of their own home. It’s why we remain intentionally independent and relationship driven. And it’s why we focus on care that feels personal, accessible, and compassionate.
We didn’t build this practice to be bigger or faster.

Carter Family Practice was created to offer a more personal, connected approach to healthcare.
Over time, healthcare has become increasingly complex, longer waits, shorter visits, and systems that often feel disconnected from the people they’re meant to serve. Many patients are left wanting more clarity, continuity, and genuine connection in their care.
Carter Family Practice (CFP) was built to be different.
